We had our first session and one thing I took from Kopano was Consistency. If you want to
grow in anything, you have to be consistent. You may have brilliant content, but if you are not
consistent, the opportunity to retain people is difficult. She mentioned the need to be able to
connect and engage consciously and yes, I will keep repeating this word because it is vital.
Conscious and aware of myself are not enough, but I have to be like that with the people around
me.
